Fast and friendly service even just before the end of the day.

Fast, uncomplicated, more vegetarian alternatives would be nice but that is not in the hands of the restaurant. Quality as usual for McD.

Normally there should be at least 5 stars, the service under all saucy, wanted to sell us a mcfrappe caffè as vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce and gave us chicken nuggets chilli for the children although we had ordered normal ones and didn't even give us the money back I won't visit Mc Donald anymore because no matter which one I was in, either more than half forgot the same thing or the service was poor

Average McDonald's, often has problems with orders too. But always tastes good!

I went to drive in this evening around 6 - 6:15 p.m. and ordered a happy meal and a voucher # 205. Unfortunately, once again I didn't get all the articles. The drink was missing from my voucher - which wasn't that bad - but forgetting the toy at a happy meal is a cheek! 😠 I'm really thinking about going to a different branch the next time, because that wasn't the first time!

were in the drive in, 3 cars had to wait in the small parking lot at the same time and there was not enough ketchup on our burgers, they were very dry and we just couldn't get our drinks (only noticed when we were gone) 1 star because at least the ice machine was not broken

Unfortunately, I have to say again and again that the quality and the processing of the Radolfzeller Mces is many times worse than that of the Singen branch. Often you get cold / lukewarm stale food. It also often tastes different than in the branch in Singen, where everything really always tastes fresh. Rarely do you catch a meal standing there for a long time, no matter what time. Pity!

I will never go to this store again. I have already noticed several times that the competence of the employees leaves something to be desired and that there is always something missing in the order. But the last visit was the icing on the cake. I paid my order by card. After that, I should pay at the back counter because the reader doesn't seem to work. I said it worked. Then I paid. Two days ago I found that it had been charged twice and called the branch. The employee said that it was not a problem, I just need to bring the account statement. Since I have online banking, I can no longer print it out and I have no way of printing at home. Now I've been running after my bank statement for 7.90 euros for 2 days because they don't want to look into my cell phone! I'm pissed!!!

Unfortunately I have to change my good recessions to miserable. I have to agree with Patrick M. With 4 cars and my internet order we received a completely wrong order. What a problem the employees have after everything is currently running through the car counter and then overwhelmed !!! So with all these negative reviews, the management should be forced to act, or are they just resting on the name "McDonalds" ???

Service disastrous. Forget straw and napkins. Order the burger extra with more onions, pay € 0.20 more for it and don't get any onions on it. According to the demand, do it yourself. Unfortunately, due to time pressure, there was no time to clarify this.

Touch screens helps a lot if you don't speak german also the entertainment displays on top of the tables were nice

Somewhat chaotic: it is not simple to navigate to "big tasty" in their automatic menu

Finally a burger who keeps what he promises in the photo - the box is full - that does not happen much at Mc Donalds. The restaurant otherwise good - the friendliness of the staff you can not file a bit.
